Sushi Ya! A Japanese-Korean restaurant which was opened after the summer of 2008 is a family-owned business that is located at the corner of Princess and MacDonnell St. in Kingston, Ontario. Here we serve a blend (or as the head chef would say “Fusion”) of Japanese and Korean cuisine mixed with the Western culture. Come and see for yourselves as you try some of our home invented rolls: Blue Mountain, Snow King, Mt. Tuna, Smoky Salmon, and many others which can be found. As exotic the food may sound and seem we keep in mind that the customer’s health and enjoyment is our top priority. We make sure that nothing but perfection is placed on the tables as the head chef and the crew in the kitchen prepares the food, the head chef even goes to Toronto personally Mondays to hand pick top-quality fish.
