Hiring: Clore Beauty Supply - E-Commerce Associate

This role is integral to the growth of Clore and achievement of the company objectives. The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for all aspects of managing day-to-day website operations in compliance with company objectives and standards. Their main goal is to fulfill online orders and provide customer service to eCommerce customers. They must also ensure that the products and product information is up-to-date.

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

  • Responsible for accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Picking inventory from the Web stock and Warehouse
  • Packing customer orders accurately and securely, in a timely manner
  • Organize and prepare for shipping on a daily basis
  • Follow up with customers regarding their orders when necessary

Website Management

  • Take high quality photos of products for uploading to the media server and the website
  • Regular updating of new products and product information
  • Ensure accurate product data with updates descriptions, titles, pictures and discontinued items

Customer Service

  • Maintain Clore’s standard of courteous customer service and professionalism on the phone and in Emails
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to create a great online shopping experience
  • Respond to all eCommerce customer emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Communicate with the Marketing Team with all customer complaints or feedback to ensure compliance

Head Office Communications

  • Work with the Web Manager, to identify and suggest opportunities for improvement in procedures and/or operations
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Marketing Team about products, seasonal sales, clearance items and promotions online

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Working in an office and warehouse environment
  • Sitting, standing, frequent walking
  • Regular lifting of 20 lbs or more, ability to lift up to 50 lbs or heavier preferred
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite preferred; Photoshop and Lightroom an asset
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment, preferably health and beauty
