Balance Hair and Nail Studio is looking for a Full time Hairstylist to join our growing team. We are looking for like-minded individuals who have a flair for creativity, a drive to improve and a connection with client serv ices.
We offer more than just hair services here at the salon including nails and eyelash extensions. The environment is great for sharing experiences and, best of all, cross-selling between clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- cutting, colouring, perming and performing treatment/headspa services for your clients
- keeping tools maintained for service and sanitized according to Toronto Health Standards
- taking part in overall salon cleanliness along with the entire team
- may have to answer the phone to take an appointment if the salon gets busy
Pay: Between $15-20 based on experience. Earn 100% of your tips (average is $1,000-$2,000 per month). Clients tip very well at our salon.

Balance Hair and Nail Studio is looking for a full time or part time Receptionist to join our expanding team. A desire to grow and contribute to the salon is a must.
You will be expected to:
- Greet customers and answer calls
- Take and organize appointments
- Capture customer information and follow up where necessary
- General housekeeping
- You may be needed to wash hair to prepare customers when busy
