.The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said there were 70 additional confirmed cases of the "Uhan Corona 19" as of 4 p.m. on Monday. The number of confirmed cases increased by 231 compared to 4 p.m. the previous day, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in Korea to 833. Since the confirmation of Wuhan Korona came out on April 20, the number of confirmed cases has increased the most in a day.

The number of confirmed patients in the Gyeongsang region has increased rapidly since July 18, when the first confirmed patient number 31 (female 61) was confirmed, 19 on July 19, 53 on June 20, 100 on June 21, 22 on June 22, 169 on June 23 and 231 on June 24.
